If you have been using iNewsletter for a few years, you probably have a large collection of newsletters in your account. Sometimes you might want to remove public access to older newsletters, but keep them in your account so only you and others with access to login to iNewsletter can see them.
To move a newsletter into your private archive
On the publication list, click Open next to the publication which contains the newsletters you wish to archive
Click Published from the left navigation menu
Find the newsletter you want to privately archive, and click the menu (three vertical dots) button over the top of it
From the menu, choose Move to private archive
Repeat these steps for each newsletter you'd like to move into your private archive. Instead of displaying in the Published left menu item, they will be in the Archived menu item.
To move a newsletter out of your private archive
On the publication list, click Open next to the publication which contains the newsletters you wish to archive
Click Archived from the left navigation menu
Find the newsletter you want to unarchive, and click the menu (three vertical dots) button over the top of it
From the menu, choose Move out of private archive
Repeat these steps for each newsletter you'd like to move out of your private archive. These newsletters will revert back to published status, which means they can be accessed by your community again.
