Why doesn't my newsletter work in Internet Explorer?

You might receive an error if you open a newsletter in Internet Explorer. Here's why.

In order to provide the best viewing experience for readers of your newsletter, we use some modern technologies available in most web browsers.

Internet Explorer does not have a lot of the modern technologies our app requires, so we have removed support for it altogether. Our stats show that people accessing iNewsletter using Internet Explorer makes up less than 1% of total visits, and in order to support Internet Explorer we would need to make significant compromise in the features we can develop.

iNewsletter can be viewed in any other web browser, including Google Chrome, Safari, Firefox and Microsoft Edge.

When a newsletter is opened in Internet Explorer, you will see a warning about an unsupported browser. You can continue to open the newsletter, however some content might not display correctly.
