Sometimes you might need to move an issue to a different publication. Maybe you started creating an issue in the wrong publication, and don't want to start the entire newsletter again. Or perhaps you are just reorganising your issues into a different structure.

In order to move issues between publications, you need to be a collaborator of both the current publication and the target publication.

To move an issue to a different publication

  1. On the Publication Dashboard (where your draft and published newsletters are listed), find the Issue you want to move.

  2. Click the menu icon (three vertical dots)

  3. In the menu, click Move to another Publication

  4. In the popup window that appears, select the name of the target publication, and click Move

The Issue is instantly moved to the target publication.

You can move a draft, published or archived issue. If you don't see the Move to another publication menu option, this means you are only a member of 1 publication. You need to be a member of both the source and target publications in order to move issues.
