How to change your payment method to EFT

For Australian schools, we offer EFT (bank transfer) as a method of payment. If you are currently paying by credit card each month, you can switch to EFT payments.

For EFT payments, we charge on a bi-annual or annual basis. Every 6 or 12 months, you will receive an invoice for the 6 or 12 months ahead.

You can choose if you'd like to pay bi-annually or annually. If you are currently paying by credit card, we will determine which 6 or 12 month period you are in (calculated from the date you started a subscription) and raise a gap invoice.

For example, if you want to pay bi-annually, had been paying by credit card and had made 2 payments, we would create a gap invoice for 4 months. Then after those 4 months, you will receive an invoice every 6 months.

To change your payment method, contact us and let us know you'd like to change. We will process the change within 2 business days.
